If someone gets diagnosed with a thyroid problem, that means they have a chronic, low-grade infection inside their thyroid.
Whether science and research is aware, the doctor's aware, anybody else is aware, that's what the true underlying cause is.
If someone has Hashimoto's, same thing.
Hyperthyroid, same thing.
Hypothyroid, same thing.
cysts nodules tumors thyroid cancer same thing it's all related to an underlying issue right
the true cause a viral infection so how does it even get to that point well you have mono sometime
in your life because we're talking about epstein-barr and the thyroid you have mono at some
point in your life whether you know it or not now some people they have mono they know it
swollen glands, swollen lymph nodes. They're really sick, really fatigued. They get the blood
test. There's a viral infection. White count's all crazy. And then they get diagnosed with
mononucleosis. Okay. You get that person, but then you get the person who just felt a little
rundown, felt like they had a head cold or it was contributed to like, Hey, it must've been a cold
or something. And it just passes. They move on with their life. Maybe they're a little tired
and they had mononucleosis, but a really mild version of mononucleosis. But regardless,
they had it. And then it's that person who really just thought they had a down day. Like,
I just didn't feel that great that day. I felt a little run down, didn't feel like myself.
And they moved on a couple of days later and that's it. That also could have been mononucleosis.
People can have mono, not even know it. They can live with it for days, weeks, and months. And it
to be so mild that it's not interfering with their life, but they had it. Everybody gets it.
Everybody has it or had it at one point. So how does it get to this point? So we get mononucleosis,
then our body overcomes it. It battles the Epstein-Barr virus, right? So your white count
ends up going in war with your virus, the Epstein-Barr virus, and it ends up pushing it away,
beating it down and then it goes and hides dormant for years to come right inside your liver sometimes
in other places too in the body but mostly inside the liver now then as time goes on your immune
system gets weakened again for some reason it could be anything could be any kind of emotional
experience trauma that's one thing too diet can also weaken the immune system other kinds of
exposure can, right? Medical medium information talks about all that. Then the virus comes out
again. When it comes out, it heads for the thyroid. That's its next goal. Gets into the thyroid,
travels there, and starts to burrow into the thyroid tissue. When it gets into the thyroid,
it creates a problem where you start getting hypothyroid. So that's really mainly what so
many people get diagnosed with, like their thyroid numbers aren't right. Or they're exhibiting
symptoms and you have functional medicine doctors now that see patients exhibit symptoms and the
numbers still look okay for the thyroid, but they'll be like, we think you have Hashimoto's,
we think you have a thyroid problem. So they're playing a lot of guesswork like that. But when
the numbers are really low or changing with your thyroid in any way, in any way, you got the viral
infection. He got the Epstein-Barr inside the thyroid. So now this is where it can go in a lot
of different directions. Okay. So there's different kinds of Epstein-Barr viruses, right? There's over
60 varieties and growing fast now. So the world's changing so much. Medical medium information,
talking about the over 60 varieties of Epstein-Barr virus. I talked about it, talked about
that in the Thyroid Healing Book, Medical Medium Book One, other books. So what happens is there's
different varieties. Some are more aggressive. So some Epstein-Barr viruses are more aggressive.
They do different things like create cysts, create nodules, create thyroid cancer. Some Epstein-Barr
virus is less aggressive. They sit in the thyroid for years, decades, just making a hypothyroid
condition. Other viruses are aggressive in a different way. They make a hyperthyroid condition.
Some viruses will do two things, hyperthyroid, hypothyroid, Hashimoto's, and it flips around.
A lot of people can have two varieties of Epstein-Barr virus sitting inside the thyroid,
and then you can have additional thyroid problems, multiple thyroid problems, but mostly people walk
around with hypothyroid and the Epstein-Barr virus inside the thyroid. So let's go to the next point
we're going to talk about, which is Hashimoto's. So when it comes down to Hashimoto's thyroiditis,
what does that mean? Like, what is it? Originally when hyper hypothyroid was developing and we
stumbled across Hashimoto's was because it wasn't just a hypothyroid people were dealing with. It
was a swelling, an inflammation of the thyroid. So that was the original signs of the Hashimoto's,
right? The Hashimoto discovery where they felt your thyroid. And if you were feeling sick and
your thyroid was swollen, that was considered Hashimoto's. Now we do blood work to see if it's
Hashimoto's, right? And the blood work shows that there's some kind of battle going on,
the hormones, some kind of battle going on with your thyroid, and then you might get that Hashimoto's
diagnosis. But what is that? It's inflammation of the thyroid. Medical science research only ever
knew it was just inflamed thyroid, right? Well, the Epstein-Barr virus creates Hashimoto's because
it gets into the thyroid and inflames the gland. So if it's an aggressive variety of Epstein-Barr,
it gets into the thyroid, inflames the gland, and then the war starts, right? And that war is your
immune cells are going after the virus, but it's not your body's immune cells creating the
inflammation. So that's where medical research and science has always been wrong. They say,
well, it's your body destroying itself. It's your body attacking itself. It's called autoimmune.
That means your body's own immune system is going after a gland or organ or anything,
your skin, right? An organ. But in Hashimoto's, they say, well, it's your immune cells going
after your thyroid. That's what's creating that inflammation and that's causing the problem. But
it's not your immune cells. It never was. Your immune cells are there going after a virus,
a bug that's sitting inside the thyroid. So that's the war that happens. So now somebody
with a serious case of Hashimoto's thyroiditis really inflamed thyroid, a real battle is
occurring and that's your immune cells going after the virus Epstein-Barr. But the inflammation
is not your immune cells. The inflammation is the virus itself getting into cells inside the
thyroid. So let's talk about cysts and nodules a little bit. So a cyst and a nodule that occurs
inside the thyroid is a virus burrowing in there and scar tissue occurring around the injury. So
a wound right our body's defenses try to stop a virus as it's burrowing inside the thyroid
and that means calcium can collect around the thigh around the virus creating a prison
trying to create a little prison cell for that virus to encapsulate it so then we can get what's
called like a nodule so calcified nodule on the thyroid and that happens too but a lot of times
too. Scar tissue can occur, which can then become a keloid, become a growth, become a cyst, all in
the thyroid, around the thyroid. Then you got the nodules too. Then you got tumors. So you can have
tumors, cyst nodules grow in the thyroid. But what's really happening is they're growing around
the virus. That's why we can end up with the thyroid nodules, the thyroid cysts, because
the Epstein-Barr virus is inside the middle of that, the middle of that cavity, the middle of
that cyst, and that becomes a growth. And so our body tends to help protect us too with some of
these different nodules, because what it's doing is it's trying to stop the Epstein-Barr virus,
which is a defense mechanism. And if it doesn't, then the Epstein-Barr virus can start to eat away
and causing more problems in the thyroid, turning it into Swiss cheese. Now, often what happens
when people take thyroid medication, they think they're solving their thyroid problem, right?
And you do what's right for you and you do what's right that your doctor wants you to do and
whatever your doctor likes. But what happens with thyroid medication, thyroid medication doesn't
fix the problem inside the thyroid because a thyroid med isn't there to get rid of the Epstein
bar virus. And all through these years, you have a thyroid problem, you go on thyroid medication,
doctor says hey you need to be on this it's like wait am i solving the problem so you feel like
kind of you're solving the problem but you're really not because the thyroid medication isn't
going after the real problem the underlying cause which is the epstein-barr virus and so many years
go by for a lot of different patients a lot of people right that have been on thyroid medication
for 20 years 30 years they think they're doing something right okay meaning they think they're
being proactive to fix their thyroid. Their doctors are doing their blood work. They're
checking on how much hormones in their bloodstream, and then they're adjusting their medication. They're
saying, well, we can up your medication. We can lower your medication. We can balance it out to
the blood work. And then you feel like, hey, I'm being proactive. I'm taking care of my thyroid.
And then out of nowhere, 25 years go by. 20 years go by. Sometimes for other people, it's 10. Sometimes
for other people to 30 and you're you're at the doctor's office they do an ultrasound and they do
an exam on your thyroid and the nurse says oh my god your thyroid looks like swish cheese because
the problem was never addressed so the so the epstein bar stayed in the thyroid stayed in
there eating away in the thyroid tissue working itself in the thyroid tissue the blood work looked
okay because all they were testing was the thyroid hormone in your blood work so they kept on giving
you the pills you're on the thyroid medication the years go by the doctor never knew it was Epstein
Barr no one's checking no one's looking and then as time goes on as we go along we're in this jam
where why is your thyroid not looking good now after all these years now we might have to do
something else with the thyroid now we have to do something and what people don't realize is they
really weren't proactive on fixing the viral issue, the underlying cause, which is really
possible. Getting the Epstein-Barr out of the thyroid, healing the thyroid is the best approach.
So anyway, there's more information and plenty more in thyroid healing,
other medical medium information. This concludes this newsletter video today,
and I'll see you guys next week.
